NOTICE Follow the assembly within 10 minutes after the installation of seals. Apply a layer of silicone sealant (gray) with a thickness of about 2 mm (the size I) in place of the body synchronization and the cylinder head. NOTICE Visually check the bolts and make sure the seal is not damaged. If necessary, replace the bolts with new ones. Tighten the mounting bolts 13 point 8 Nm Replace ignition module. Connect the module to the spark plugs. Tighten the two screws fastening point 8 Nm Install the ignition module cover on the lid of the cylinder head. Connect the wiring harness ignition module. Attach the wiring harness on the lid of the cylinder head. Connect the camshaft sensor, mass airflow sensor, pressure sensor oil and coolant temperature sensor. Replace the air filter housing on the arch of the wheel and tighten the attachment bolt. Attach the intake hose to throttle module and attach the clamp. Attach the hose to the ventilation of the engine air intake hose and secure clamp. Connect the wiring harness to the sensor air flow mass. Connect the ventilation pipe of the fuel tank. Close the hood.
