Injection Pump Shutdown Solenoid Removal To remove the injection pump shutdown solenoid: 1. Loosen and remove the nut attaching the solenoid ball stud to the injection pump lever.

To remove the starter motor: 1. Disconnect the electrical wire and cable connections between the starter magnetic relay and the starter motor. 2. Remove the bolts securing the starter motor to the flywheel housing. 3. Remove the starter motor from the flywheel housing. 56
