REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS Turbocharger Removal 1. Loosen both clamps that secure the turbocharger coolant outlet and the exhaust manifold outlet hoses to the turbo and manifold fittings. Separate both hoses from the turbo and manifold fittings. Remove the clamps for use at reassembly.
2. Loosen both hose clamps that secure the turbocharger coolant outlet and exhaust manifold outlet hoses to the water manifold hose fittings. Remove the now-released turbocharger and exhaust manifold coolant outlet hose from the engine. Remove the clamps for use at reassembly. 92
