Figure 3-66 Oil Seal 1. Install oil seal (774) into seal cover (F) (261) and seal cover (R). See Figure 3-65 and Figure 3-66.
Figure 3-68 Cylinder 1. Install cylinder springs (157), spacer (158) and spherical bushing (156) onto cylinder (141). See Figure 3-67 and Figure 3-68.
IMPORTANT:Do not damage oil seal (774) during assembly. 2. Use hexagon socket head bolts (406) to assemble front seal cover (F)(261) into pump casing. See Figure 3-65 and Figure 3-66. 3. Use hexagon socket head bolts (406) to assemble rear seal cover (R)(261) or rear cover into pump casing. See Figure 3-65 and Figure 3-66. 4. Lightly apply grease to the oil seal.
Figure 3-69 Piston Shoe 2. Install pistons (151) and shoe (152) through set plate (153). See Figure 3-68 and Figure 3-69. 3. Complete steps 1 and 2 for both the rear and front pumps.
