InstallingtheCylinderSprings
1.Install oil seal (774) into seal cover (F) (261) and seal cover (R). See Figure 3-65 and Figure 3-66.
IMPORTANT:Do not damage oil seal (774) during assembly.
2.Use hexagon socket head bolts (406) to assemble front seal cover (F)(261) into pump casing. See Figure 3-65 and Figure 3-66.
3.Use hexagon socket head bolts (406) to assemble rear seal cover (R)(261) or rear cover into pump casing. See Figure 3-65 and Figure 3-66.
4.Lightly apply grease to the oil seal.
1.Install cylinder springs (157), spacer (158) and spherical bushing (156) onto cylinder (141). See Figure 3-67 and Figure 3-68.
2.Install pistons (151) and shoe (152) through set plate (153). See Figure 3-68 and Figure 3-69.
3.Complete steps 1 and 2 for both the rear and front pumps.

4.Assemble piston (151), shoe (152) and set plate (153) group onto the cylinder bores of the cylinder (141), springs (157), spherical bushing (156) and spacer (158) assembly. See Figure 3-68 and Figure 3-70.
5.Complete step 4 for both the rear and front pumps.
6.Install the splined phases of the retainer and cylinder sub-assembly into the pump casing for both the rear and front pumps. See Figure 3-68 and Figure 3-71.
1.If the needle bearing is replaced, install needle bearing (124) and splined coupling (114) into valve block (312). See Figure 3-72 and Figure 3-73.
2.Use location pin to install valve plate (313) onto valve block (312). See Figure 3-73 and Figure 3-74.

IMPORTANT:Do not change valve plate (313) suction and delivery directions.
