AssemblingtheNegativeControlRelief Valve

1.Using socket wrench 27 mm, assemble valve washer (2 x 611), springs (2 x 621) and damping rods (2 x 631) together into casing A and casing B.

2.Secure O-ring onto plug.

3.Tighten plug to tightening torque 50.6 ~ 57.8 lb.-ft. (68.6 ~ 78.4 Nm).

AssemblingtheLockValve

1.Assemble valve washers and springs.

2.Secure O-rings onto plugs.

3.Using a 10 mm hexagon wrench, install and tighten the plugs to tightening torque 94.0 ~ 108.4 lb.-ft. (127.4 ~ 147.0 Nm).

Assemblingthee1LogicControlandLogic Valve

1.Using a 27 mm spanner wrench, tighten hexagon socket head bolts to tightening torque 18.1 ~ 21.7 lb.-ft. (24.5 ~ 29.4 Nm).

AssemblingtheMainRelief,PortReliefand SwingPriorityValves

1.Install main relief valve, port relief valves and swing priority valve cartridges into the casing and tighten to the specified torque.

AssemblingtheStraightTravelSpool

1.Insert the straight travel spool assembly (305) into casing travel (101).

2.Assemble spring (324), spring (325) and rod (337).

3.Using a 32 mm socket wrench, secure O-ring (265) onto plug (252) and tighten plug (252) to tightening torque 50.6 ~ 57.8 lb.-ft. (68.6 ~ 78.4 Nm).

IMPORTANT:Install the spool assembly into casing travel (101) carefully and slowly to avoid damage. Do not under any circumstances force the spool assembly into casing travel (101).

AssemblingtheMainSpools

1.Hold the middle of each spool (secure into a vice), set spring seats (332), springs and stopper (335).

IMPORTANT:Before tightening the spacer bolt (336), apply adhesive (Loctite #262 or equivalent).

2.Using a 12 mm hexagon wrench, tighten spacer bolt (336) to tightening torque 11.6 ~ 13.0 lb.-ft. (15.7 ~ 17.6 Nm).

3.Assemble the travel, arm 1, boom 1, bucket, boom 2, arm 2, swing and auxiliary hydraulic spools onto the inner and outer springs.

4.Carefully insert the previously assembled spool assemblies into their assigned bores within casing A, casing B and casing travel.

IMPORTANT:Install spool assemblies into casing A, casing B and casing travel carefully and slowly to avoid damage. Do not under any circumstances force the spool assembly into the casings.
