Application Specific Accessories
Translation stages provide the ability to precisely position and align a test specimen below the actuator. The PCB clamping stage provides a rigid clamping base for the testing of microelectronic circuit boards and components. The clamping stage may be attached directly to the test machine base or to a translation stage.
Principle of Operation Theta (rotary angle) and XY translation stages are available which are adjustable via digital micrometers. The translation stage axes are arranged with the angle stage at the base with the XY stage on top, allowing the test platform to be oriented with the XY axes referenced to the specimen.
Application Range • Precise positioning and rigid clamping of microelectronic circuit boards and components within the test system
