QuickTest

QuickTest, a new standard feature of Bluehill Universal, allows users to start tests quickly as it only takes a few seconds to enter your parameters. QuickTest is ideal for users looking to run very simple peak-force type tests, or for users who need to quickly run a test with a single ramp. It is particularly useful for users who are not familiar with Bluehill method building.

Pre-Loaded Templates

Bluehill Universal includes an extensive library of pre-configured methods for some of the most commonly used ASTM, ISO, and EN standards. The methods are packaged in modules that are specific to your testing application.

Prompted Tests

Users can be guided through the entire testing process with step-by-step instructions, ensuring that your tests remain repeatable, simple, and error-free. The prompts are customizable with your own text and images.

Exporting Tools

Whether you need a polished PDF report, or a customized file to integrate with your lab information management system, Bluehill Universal’s exporting tools have the flexibility to output results, user inputs, raw data, graphs, and more in a wide variety of formats.

TestProfiler

TestProfiler allows for easy setup of tests that require step-by-step loading patterns that fall outside of a standard single or two-ramp test which are beneficial for mimicking the functional use of a product or component. TestProfiler also offers the ability to control and respond to transducers such as chambers and other digital sensors.

Analysis

Replay, reanalyze, or make modifications to previously-tested specimens without having to re-run tests.

Expression Builder

Build your own user-defined functions using a list of variables from the method. Users can write functions for detecting test events, defining new calculations, making measurements, or setting domains for calculations.

Test Cam

Connect a USB webcam to experience point-by-point video playback, allowing you re-analyze the test even after it has finished.

Application Programming Interface

Bluehill Universal’s Application Programming Interface (API) allows system administrators to program their own custom interfaces for controlling pre- and post-test actions within Bluehill.
