Offering the highest level of technical support for Instron systems around the world, Instron Connect includes a number of technologies that enable you to connect with Instron, including:

Instron Connect Software

An integrated support tool which is available on your Instron operator dashboard or PC, which allows you to send support requests, share your screen and system diagnostics with Instron Technical Support, receive calibration and service reminders and download software updates.

Instron Connect Portal

The Instron Connect portal is a site that can be accessed on any device with a web browser, which allows you to send support requests, access calibration certificates and service history, view your service agreement, troubleshoot issues with the InSkill AI troubleshooting tool and download software updates.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Mobile App

A mobile app, powered by InSkill, which can help you minimize your downtime with the AI-driven troubleshooting tool and view your system’s calibration certificates and service history.

Augmented Reality (AR) Support Tool

A digital support tool, powered by SightCall, that provides you with remote visual support. This tool helps to eliminate the need for on-site visits by increasing first-time remote repair rates, thus reducing downtime and associated costs.

Service Agreements

Instron offers a variety of different Service Agreement options where you can combine Preventative Maintenance, Calibration and Instron Connect into a single plan for all of your Instron systems, bringing you consistency in your lab.
