From melt flow testers to capillary rheometers, CEAST rheology systems are designed to determine the flow properties of thermoplastic materials according to ISO and ASTM international standards.

Melt Flow Testers

The melt flow tester series is ideal for routine melt mass-flow rate (MFR) and melt volume-flow rate (MVR) measurements. These testers accurately perform test procedures ranging from the simple manual determination of MFR to semi-automated MVR measurements involving multiple test weights.

Capillary Rheometers

The CEAST SmartRHEO Series accurately investigates the rheological properties of polymers and composite thermoplastic materials for R&D, Advanced QC, and process optimization (injection molding, extrusion, and blow molding). A broad range of options simulate specific material applications, including Die Swell and PVT measurements.
