Software has become an integral part of many modern materials testing systems. When the time comes to take that first step in computerizing your system or to update your existing PC hardware we recommend that you contact us to discuss the best route forward. There are software and hardware compatibility issues that need careful consideration to ensure successful installation. All PC systems supplied by Instron® come with a full Instron warranty and have been thoroughly checked for software and hardware compatibility. When ordered with the PC, interface cards are also installed and checked. Computer hardware develops so quickly that it is not possible to include technical details of available PC platforms since they rapidly become inaccurate.
