4 Safety notes 4.1 Of special importance
4.1.1 Prop stand Danger! There is a risk of injury during all work on or under a raised machine. – Any work under the chocked up swather may only be carried out if the machine has been properly secured.

– Make sure that the machine is standing on firm ground. 1
– Only use suitable supports or chocks. – Lower the prop stand (1). The prop stand (1) may be used as a safety support. Attention! The prop stand (1) is designed only to support the machine's weight. If the load on the stand is increased e.g. by means of the tractor's hydraulic hitch, the stand could be damaged. – Do not place an extra load on the prop stand by means of the tractor's hydraulics.
