Error message 1:

Danger!

When raising/lowering the rotors, make sure that nobody is in the pivoting area. There is a risk of injury. – Direct all persons out of the danger area. – Switch off the machine at once, if necessary. – If necessary, interrupt the control unit with the “STOP” key. Never work on the machine while the tractor's engine is running. – Switch off the engine. – Remove the ignition key. Initialization is started with running/overrunning PTO shaft. • Disengage the PTO shaft. – The display changes to the start window, seefig.12, see83. • Press the “Soft Key”: The display changes to the start window, seefig.12, see83. The display changes to the info window, seefig.16, see84.

Error message 2:

The control system has recognised the following error: – The rotors should be automatically lifted above the max. headland position (transport position) with the PTO shaft running/overrunning. – The process is stopped. • Disengage the PTO shaft. – After the PTO shaft comes to a standstill the display changes to the screen “Automatically raise to transport position” seefig.11, page52. Push the “Soft Key”, the display changes to the start screen, see fig.12, page83.

Note!

Following this message, only manual control is possible (manual mode). This remains in effect until the fault is remedied.

Sensor error!

The code E–0xx shows the possible error source: 001 Sensor faulty, cable harness fault, e.g. short circuit to ground or plus 002 Plausibility error, e.g. sensor mounted incorrectly

Check cable harness/sensor/connection plug by doing the following: • Disengage the PTO shaft. • Switch off engine and remove ignition key. • Check electrical system.
