STOP

Danger!

When raising/lowering the rotors, make sure that nobody is in the pivoting area. There is a risk of injury. – Direct all persons out of the danger area. – Switch off the machine at once, if necessary. – If necessary, interrupt the control unit with the “STOP” key(1) (Fig.23). Never work on the machine while the tractor's engine is running. – Switch off the engine. – Remove the ignition key.

Note!

Do not press any keys during initialisation. This would interrupt the initialization procedure, which would have to be started again.

Switch the control unit on –see Switching the control terminal on and off, page101.

Starting position: Working position Proceed as follows to start initialization:

• Press these two keys simultaneously for about 10secs. – During initialization, the green indicator LED(2) blinks. – The hydraulic pressure increases audibly. – The keys can now be released.

Continue with initialization

Only necessary on machines up to Serial No.60501112. • Press this key to continue the initialization. – After a short time, all the rotors are raised into the transport position. – In the working position, the main running gear remains extended. – When initialization is complete, the green indicator

LED(2) lights up.

(Fig.24,25)

Note!

On machines without reed switches (up to Serial No.60501112), the program waits for confirmation that the main running gear has been extended. The program does not carry out any functions.

Note!

The rotors must be fully raised into the transport position, otherwise initialization of the basic settings is not complete. If necessary, hitch the machine to a tractor with a higher hydraulic flow, and repeat the procedure.

Continue with initialization

Only necessary on machines up to Serial No.60501112. • Press this key to continue the initialization. – The rotors are moved automatically first to the working position, and then to the transport position. – In the working position, the main running gear remains extended. – When initialization is complete, the green indicator

LED(2) lights up.

Note!

On machines without reed switches (up to Serial No.60501112), the program is stopped after the main running gear has been extended.
