Attention!

Blocked wheels on the swather can lead to damage of the swather's running gear, because the running gear cannot be swivelled. – Release parking brake on the tractor and on the rotary swather. – Do not operate the foot brake. Do not lower the running gear when the swather is in the working position, as this could result in damage to the rotors. – Do not lower running gear if the swather is in the working position.

• Never actuate the foot brake and/or the parking brake while extending or retracting the running gear. • If necessary, secure the tractor with wheel chocks to prevent it from rolling. • Release parking brake on the tractor and on the rotary swather.

Raising/lowering the running gear

• Hold the key down until the required position is reached. – Raise/lower the running gear – Releasing the key and then pressing it again toggles the function between raising/lowering. (Fig.18,19)
