All drives must be checked regularly for leaks; check the lubricant level if necessary. Maintenance interval –see Maintenance schedule, page147.
Checking/changing the gear oil
See the Lubricants chart, page148 and the Maintenance schedule, page147 for lubricant quantities and change intervals.

Note!
The indicated filling quantities are approximate values; the oil level check is always decisive to maintain a correct oil level.
Checking the gear oil level: • Remove the oil level check plug. Oil change: • Remove the oil by suction.
Environment!
Ensure that the old oil is disposed of correctly.
Rear angle drive 1 = oil filling and inspection hole 2 = oil drain plug
