Eikestadnuus has been the newspaper of choice in the greater Stellenbosch area for seven decades. The newspaper was established as a sold newspaper in 1950, with the goal of keeping the communities it serves informed. It transformed into a free title, with a 23 000 print order distributed every Wednesday. Over the years, the newspaper has become the most trusted local news sources in the region. Our mission is simple: to bring the community of Stellenbosch and surrounds accurate news of what is happening on their doorsteps; be the first point-of-call for readers to find hyper-local content; and deliver impactful stories to make a difference in the community.
