（３）Internal leakage or sticky movement of HST motor system pressure control section
If no abnormalities are found in all the preceding checks and still the full speed (15 km/h) is not reached in the "travel mode", the inclination of the motor's swash plate is not switched to the small capacity position (small-torque, high-speed position) from the large capacity position (large-torque, low-speed position). 1. The 1st gear fixing control piston ① is sticking 2. The piston ② is sticking. 3. The system pressure control valve is internally leaking or the spool ③ is sticking. 4. The orifice ④ is clogged.
