・ Oil flow in LIFT plunger section

FLOAT position

1.When the control lever is pressed down from the "LOWER" to "FLOAT" position, the lift spool is moved as shown in the figure.

2.Because of this movement the neutral circuit (3) is opened and the pressurized oil flows as in the neutral condition. Also both the cylinder ports A2 and B2 are connected to the low-pressure oil passage. Therefore the lift arm is freely moved up and down according with any uneven surface of the road. At that time, the oil flows freely through the low pressure oil passage in the control valve so that the oil discharged from the rod side of the lift cylinder is sent to the bottom side and the oil discharged from the bottom side of the lift cylinder is sent to the rod side.
