Steering Piping

・The hydraulic oil is drawn up from the oil tank by the main pump. Then the hydraulic oil is sent to the power steering assembly and it is distributed to the steering circuit and main circuit. The steering hydraulic circuit uses a load sensing system, so when the steering wheel is turned, the amount of oil corresponding to the amount of steering wheel turning is sent to the power steering assembly and remaining oil is sent to the main circuit. The oil sent to the power steering assembly is then fed to the steering cylinder to steer the machine in accordance with the steering wheel operation. The hydraulic oil flows out from the steering cylinder returns through the power steering assembly, filtrated by the return filter and finally to the oil tank.

SYSTEM / Hydraulic System

Hydraulic Circuit(Serial No. 1001 ~ 4499

・The main hydraulic system mainly consists of the main pump, control valve, hydraulic oil tank, return filter, lift cylinder, tilt cylinder and the hydraulic piping. By operating the work control lever, the hydraulic oil flow from main pump is controlled via the control valve to operate the work as desired.

Hydraulic Circuit

・The oil discharged from the main pimp is divided to the main hydraulic circuit and the steering circuit by the VP-valve is in the power steering assembly. The oil discharged from the main pump is sent to the main control valve and it returns to the oil tank through the return filter when the tilt plunger and lift plunger are in the neutral position. When the shovel control lever is moved, the tilt plunger and/or lift plunger of the main control valve is operated to send the oil discharged from the main pump to the tilt cylinder and/or lift cylinders for operating the shovel equipment.

Outline

SYSTEM / Electric

The electrical system is broadly divided into the main circuit, monitor circuit and travel system circuit.

・Main Circuit

(1)Electric Power Circuit: supplies electric power to all electrical systems on the machine.

(2)Preheat Circuit: assists engine start in cold weather.

(3)Charging Circuit: recharges the batteries.

(4)Starting Circuit: starts the engine.

Engine Stop Circuit: stops engine by operating the engine stop motor.

・Monitor Lamp Circuit

(1)Displaying the machine operating conditions (monitor display, monitor controller, sensors, and switches.)

(2)Gauging circuit: Displaying engine water temperature and remaining fuel quantity on the meter panel

・Travel System Circuit

(1)Consisting of the parking brake circuit (parking brake switch, parking brake solenoid valves) and the FNR selection circuit (FNR switch, FNR solenoid valve).

・Other circuits

(1)Lighting control circuit Turing on/off each lamp (headlamps, turn signal lamps, rear combination lamps, backup lamp)

(2)Horn circuit: Activate the horn.

(3)Automatic leveler circuit: Turning on/off the proximity switch of the automatic leveler system (mechanism to keep the bucket level).

SYSTEM / Electric

・Main Circuit

The battery negative terminal is grounded to the vehicle frame.

・Main Circuit(Starter Switch 「OFF

SYSTEM / Electric

・Pre-heat Circuit(Starter Switch「HEAT

(1)When the key switch is set to "HEAT", the glow relay is activated and the current goes to the glow plugs.

(2)In the other line, the current turns on the glow lamp on the meter panel through the glow lamp timer.

(3)The glow lamp is turned off 5 seconds later by the glow lamp timer and indicates the completion of preheating.

SYSTEM / Electric

・Pre-heat Circuit(Starter Switch

「START

(4)When the key switch is set to "START", the current goes from key switch terminal "C" to the glow lamp timer through the shift lever to activate the glow relay. The current then goes to the glow plugs.

(5)In the other line, the current passes to the glow lamp on the meter panel through the glow lamp timer and turns on the glow lamp.

(6)After the engine was started, the key switch is returned to "ON".At the same time, the activated circuit of the glow relay is opened, then the glow plugs turn off.
