COMPONENT OPERATION / Control Valve
・Oil flow in TILT plunger section
NEUTRAL position of the TILT and LIFT sections
1.As the spools of the the tilt and lift sections are in the "NEUTRAL", the cylinder ports at both A (Rod side) and B (Bottom side) are closed by the spools.
2.The oil is sent to the control valve that passes from the inlet section through the neutral passage (3) of the tilt section and lift section, then it goes out from the drain passage (4) to the oil tank.
1-Load check valve
2-Oil discharged from the pump
3-Neutral passage to the lift section
4-Drain passage to the oil tank

TILT BACK position
1.When the control lever is moved to "TILT BACK" position, the tilt spool is moved as shown in the figure.
2.Because of this movement, the spool closes the neutral circuit (3), and the pressurized oil opens the load check valve (1). Then the pressurized oil is sent to the bottom side of the tilt cylinder through the port B1.
3.Further, the oil from the rod side of the tilt cylinder is sent to the oil tank through the port A1 and the drain passage (4).

DUMP position
1.When the control lever is moved to "DUMP" position, the tilt spool is moved as shown in the figure.
2.Because of this movement, the spool closes the neutral circuit (3), and the pressurized oil opens the load check valve (1). Then the pressurized oil is sent to the rod side of the tilt cylinder through the port A1.
3.Further, the oil from the rod side of the tilt cylinder is sent to the oil tank through port B1 and the the drain passage (4).
