Hydraulic Cylinder Cycle Time

Summary:

1. Overall hydraulic cylinder system (between the loader steering pump and all hydraulic cylinders) performance is checked by measuring the cycle time of the lift arm, bucket, and steering cylinders.

2. The bucket should be empty.

Preparation:

1. Position the front attachment as follows: （１）When measuring the lift cylinder: Lower the lift arm so that the bucket bottom is parallel to the ground surface.

（２）When measuring the tilt cylinder: Raise the lift arm to the maximum height position.

（３）When measuring the steering pump: Hold the front attachment in the traveling position with the bucket empty.

2. Maintain the hydraulic oil temperature at 50 ± 5 ℃ (122 ± 9°F).
