OPERATIONAL PERFORMANCE TEST /System performance

Control Lever And Pdal Stroke

Summary:

1. Each control lever and pedal stroke, and turning numbers of the steering wheel are measured.

2. Lever and pedal strokes should be measured at the top of each lever grip. Measure the pedal stroke from the neutral position to the stopper at the pedal center.

3. When lever stroke has play in neutral, measure the distance from the center of the play to the stroke end.

Preparation:

1. Maintain the hydraulic oil temperature at 50 ± 5 ℃ (122 ± 9°F).

Measurement:

1. Stop the engine.

2. Measure the stroke of the lift arm, bucket, or FNR shift lever from each lever neutral position to the stroke end at the top of the lever grip.

3. Measure the pedal stroke from the neutral position to the stroke end at the top face of the pedal.

4. Measure how many turns are needed when the steering wheel is rotated from the right stroke end to the left stroke end or vice versa.

5. Take the measurements of straight stroke distances.

6. Repeat each measurement three times and calculate the average value.

Evaluation: Refer to the Performance Standard Table
