4. Inspect Symptom
Reproduce the trouble on the machine and inspect the actual status of the trouble yourself.
If the trouble is not reproducible, reconfirm what the process of trouble occurrence was taken. In addition, check for any incomplete connections of the wire harnesses in more detail.
5. Perform Troubleshooting Systematically
CAUTION:Never attempt to disconnect harnesses or hydraulic lines while the engine is running. The machine may malfunction or pressurized oil may spout, possibly resulting in personal injury. Be sure to stop the engine before disconnecting harnesses or hydraulic lines.
Check each component operational performance in accordance with Troubleshooting A in this section.
6. Find Out Cause of Trouble
Before starting repair work, reconfirm if the conclusion obtained by troubleshooting is reasonable or not.
Take corrective measures against the original source of the trouble.
Take care to avoid consequent malfunctions due to improper repair work.
