COMPONENT OPERATION /
HST Motor
・HD Controller(Maximum towing force )(UCHIDA / Serial No. 4501 ~)
In this case, the hydraulic force due to the pilot pressure [Px] is larger than the force due to the springs (3) and (4). Thus the pilot piston (1) is located at the position shown in the figure to transfer the pressure of the primary side of the control bush [A] to the secondary side of the control bush [B].In addition, the cut-off valve (12) moves to the position as shown in the figure to block the pressure of the secondary side of the control bush [B] and relief the pressure of the larger diameter side of the control piston [D], because the hydraulic force of the primary side of the control bush [A] which is applied to the cut-off valve (12) is larger than the force due to the spring (13).As a result, the hydraulic force due to the pressure of the smaller diameter side of the control piston [C] is applied to the control piston (5), thus the control piston (5) is moved to the large tilt side shown in the figure.
COMPONENT OPERATION / AXLE
・Axle
The axle consists of the axle tube, differential unit, final reduction and axle shaft, and wheels are installed to the axle shafts.
The power from the reduction gear box is transmitted to the front and rear axles through the propeller shafts. Within the axle assembly, the power is transmitted to the differential unit and branches to right and left and then to the axle shafts to drive the wheels through the final reduction assembly. Refer to "Power Train 1".
The front axle is fixed to the front frame by bolts. For the rear axle, a cradle pin support system is equipped, where the rear axle is supported by the rear frame using the axle supports at the front and rear sections.
The rear axle therefore oscillates the motion of the machine in accordance with the unevenness of the road surface, using the cradle pin at the front and rear as an axis.
