(1)Before engine start (Starter switch is in "ON" position)

Current from the fuse ③ goes to:Terminal b of relay[1] → terminal c → coil → terminal g → terminal L of alternator → ground, then relay[1] is switched from b-e to b-a.

At the same time current from the fuse ① goes to:Terminal b of relay[4] → terminal e → Parking monitor light → ground, parking monitor light turns on.

(2)After engine is started.

・Parking brake switch is in "ON"(Applied) position.

The circuit between ground and terminal L of alternator is opened, when the alternator is charging. Current from the fuse ③ goes to:Terminal b of relay[1] → terminal e → terminal 1 of parking brake switch.

At the same time current from the fuse ① goes to:Terminal b of relay[4] → terminal e → parking monitor light → ground, the parking monitor light is on.
