Preparation: 1. Install speed pickup (1) on injection pipe (2). 2. Warm up the machine until the engine coolant temperature reaches 50 ℃ (122 °F) or more, and hydraulic oil temperature is 50 ± 5 ℃ (122 ± 9 °F).
Make sure that when the engine is running
㪥㪦㪫㪜 at the slow idle or at the fast idle, governor
lever (4) touches stopper bolt (3) or stopper bolt (5) respectively beforehand.
Measurement: 1. Measure the slow and fast idle speeds. 2. Start the engine. Select the parking brake switch, accelerator pedal, and FNR shift lever positions as shown below. 3. Measure the engine speeds while operating the accelerator pedal. 4. Repeat measurement three times and calculate the average values.
