4. The “Error Counter” field displays the number of reported errors for a given drive system location. NOTE: This counter persists unless it is cleared using the “System Definition” screen. See “System Definition Error Count/Timestamp Reset Screen” on page 178.

The “Electrical Status” screen is used to view detailed drive system error information. Error information is displayed highlighted in red. Fields that display error information are highlighted in green when no error conditions exist. To access the “Electrical Status” screen, select “Diagnostic Navigator”: “Log Functions > Status > Electrical.”

5. The “Last Occurrence Timestamp” field displays the time the most recent error occurred. NOTE: Time displayed in this field is derived from the hour meter time counter. 6. The “Error Counter” field displays the number of current active/uncleared errors.

4 5

7. The “Hour Meter” field displays accumulated operation time in minutes. NOTE: The hour meter value accumulates only when the drive controller is supplied with power. Because of this, it may not accurately reflect engine or machine run time.

1. The “Error Mode” field indicates the operational condition of the machine based upon reported errors. Errors effecting safety and/or machine handling limit machine operation in order to prevent accidents, injuries and/or damage to the machine. “SAFE” means the drive has been disabled; “LIMITED” means the drive operates with limited speed and power. 2. The “Error Status” field shows the occurrence of an error next to the location in the drive system the error occurred. NOTE: The “Error Status” field can display an “ERROR” condition even if the Error Type field displays a corrected condition. To clear the corrected error in the “Error Status” field, turn the ignition “Off”, and then back on to the run or start positions. This temporarily cuts power to the drive module and clears the corrected error. 3. The “Error Type” field displays error type detail, such as “out of Range”, “Value too low”, etc. PRINTED IN U.S.A.
