Software Log Monitoring Screen

The “Software” screen is useful for troubleshooting drive system problems. It provides access to transmission controls status values.

To access the “Software” screen, select “Diagnostic Navigator”: “Log Functions > System > Software.”

8.Electrical system current supplied to the forward drive solenoid on the drive pump (mA).

9.Electrical system current supplied to the reverse drive solenoid on the drive pump (mA).

10.Electrical system current supplied to the pressure compensation over-ride solenoid on the drive motor (mA).

NOTE: The figure shows the “Software” screen with the machine engine running and the drive system in neutral.

1.Drive/piston pump speed (in RPMs).

NOTE: Pump speed should the same as engine speed (RPMs).

2.“Start Protection” indicates if drive system is disabled because required conditions are not met; drive is disabled when “ON” is displayed.

3.Drive direction indication; “Forward”, “Neutral” and “Reverse”.

4.Indicates error condition.

5.High/Low gear indication; “Mode 2” = high gear; “Mode 4” = low gear.

6.Electrical system voltage supplied to the drive controller.

7.Voltage supplied to sensors through the drive controller.
