Chassis — Lift Arm Installation

STEP 2

Align the lift cylinders with lift arm. Install pins (5). Install the retaining bolts (6) and nuts and tighten to 33 lb-ft (45 N•m). Remove lifting straps.

STEP 3

Using the proper lifting strap (7) and appropriate lifting device, install the tilt cylinder (8).

STEP 4

Using proper lifting straps (1), move lift arm into place. Install upper mounting pin (2). Install retaining bolts and nuts (3) and tighten to 33 lb-ft (45 N•m). Install hydraulic hoses (4).

Reconnect work light

Install pins (9) on tilt cylinder. Install retainer bolts and nuts (10) and tighten to 33 lb-ft (45 N•m). Install and tighten hydraulic hoses (11) on tilt cylinder. Remove lifting strap.
