Drive Control System— Machine Controller

(1) -- Ignition switch in "RUN" position

Engine Run Safety

Later serial number machines: (13, 24) -- (24) Seat switch indicates operator in seat and/or (13) parking brake engaged

Earlier serial number machines: (12, 13) -- (24) ROPS tilt switch indicates operator platform is down and/ or (13) parking brake engaged

(1) -- Ignition switch in "RUN" position

(26) -- Signal sent to fuel solenoid to maintain fuel flow

The engine will run only if:

Later serial number machines: The operator seat is occupied and/ or the parking brake is on

Early serial number machines: The operator seat platform is down and/or the parking brake is on

Later serial number machines only

Lift/Tilt Safety

Auxiliary Hydraulics

Flow (Forward)

(24) -- Seat switch indicates operator in seat

(22) -- Signal sent to lift/tilt lock solenoids

The lift/tilt functions are enabled only with the ignition in the “RUN” position and the operator seat occupied

Later serial number machines

(1) -- Ignition switch in "RUN" position

(24) -- Seat switch indicates operator in seat

(25) -- Forward direction auxiliary hydraulics joystick button is pressed

(23) -- Reverse direction auxiliary hydraulics joystick button is pressed (for continuous flow)

(20) -- Signal sent to Forward auxiliary hydraulics solenoid

Forward auxiliary hydraulics flow is activated if the ignition switch is in the “RUN” position, the operator seat is occupied and the forward direction auxiliary hydraulics joystick is pressed

Continuous forward hydraulics flow is activated if the reverse direction hydraulics joystick button is then pressed, and both buttons are held for two seconds. Forward hydraulics flow will then continue after the buttons are released

Continuous forward hydraulics flow is deactivated if either button is momentarily pressed

Auxiliary Hydraulics Flow (Reverse)
