Hydraulics — Work Hydraulics Troubleshooting
Lift arm does not raise/lower.Lift spool in control valve not actuated or leaking.
Repair/replace control valve. See “2-Spool Control Valve Removal” on page126 or “3Spool Control Valve Removal” on page128. Also refer to the parts manual for control valve parts information.
Oil leaking past lift arm cylinder piston seals.

Attachment tilt not working properly.Tilt spool in control valve not actuated or leaking.

Hydraulic system overheating.Hydraulic oil cooler is dirty.Clean hydraulic oil cooler. Hydraulic oil level is too low.Add hydraulic oil; check for leaks. See “Checking Hydraulic Oil Level” on page29.
Load too high.Reduce the load.
Auxiliary hydraulics control lever not in neutral.
