Adjusting the endless belts 3. INITIAL POSITION – ROLLER 7 – TAILGATE CLOSED

Slacken the bolts M10 (A) on either side of the machine. Adjust roller 7 by means of the threaded pins on left (B) and right (C) hand side: bolts (A) must be located in the middle of the slots. A
3 (Fig. 3, 4) C – Run the engine 2 minutes with low speed (300-350 rpm) to run in the endless belts. – Open the tailgate completely. – Shut down machine and tractor. A Danger! Always shut the engine down and pull the ignition key out before working or performing adjustment work on the tailgate and in the baling chamber.

– Move lever (M) to securing position (Z) to keep the tailgate open. Note!

Lever (M) must generally remain in securing position (Z) while working under the opened tailgate or inside the baling chamber.
