10.1 Position of upper and lower arms
Check the clearance between upper or lower arm and right or left hand wall. –Clearance = min. 3 mm
10.2 Aligning upper and lower arms
Check whether lower (D) and upper (G) arms are in line. –The arms must overlap over a width of at least 8mm.
10.3 Tightening the bearing for roller 7
Tighten 6 bolts M10 (A) on left and right hand side with 45 Nm.

61 10.4 Tightening lower and upper arm
Tighten 4 bolts M16 each on lower and upper arms with 195 Nm.

Check the position of the adjustable stops on right and left hand side. –There must be a minimal clearance between the adjustable stops and the arm: arm and stop must not touch. (Fig.61)
10.5 Final test
After completing all adjustment work run the tractor engine with full speed to check correct running of the belts.
