Cab overview, use, operation Towing the machine Danger! In order to avoid danger of accidents, the towing vehicle must have enough tractive power and be fitted with a safe brake system.
☞ It may be advisable to order a recovery service or authorised staff to tow
the machine away ☞ If the diesel engine is defective, always use a towing bar for towing ➥ Eye hooks for towing the machine – see Machine outside view on page 1-2 ☞ If possible, run the diesel engine at idling speed when towing the machine ☞ Tow away the machine from the danger zone only after you have opened the HP valves
Notice! Steering and braking requires greater effort if the diesel engine of the towed machine breaks down! • Towing distance => 300 m max. • Towing speed => 6 kph max.
Once towing is over ☞ Enable the variable displacement pump again after towing A
• Screw in and tighten both HP valves A with a torque wrench (wrench size 22 mm) ➥ Torque 85 Nm • Check the drive for correct operation
