3.4 Maintenance plan (overview)

For service and maintenance work on the attachment, please refer to the operation and maintenance manual of the attachment manufacturer as well.

Leakage check ( ):

• Air intake line (diesel engine air filter and cooling system) • Engine lubrication (diesel engine – filter) • Fuel lines15 fuel tank • Cooling system (diesel engine and hydraulic oil radiator) • Steering system (flexible lines and steering rams)16 • Hydraulic system/telescopic boom (flexible lines and rams)16 • Quick couplers, additional control circuit, 3rd control circuit, tipping trailer connection (option) • Brake system6 (flexible lines and cylinders) • Air conditioning – flexible lines, compressor, condensor, attachment (option)

1. Work to be performed once after the first 100s/h. This work must be performed by an authorised workshop for warranty claims to be acknowledged. 2. Work after the first 500 s/h (2nd Inspection) must be performed by an authorised workshop for warranty claims to be acknowledged. 3. Replace filter insert as indicated by the indicator light, however at least every 12 months or 1500 s/h. 4. When working in an acidic environment, replace the filter every 500 s/h! 5. When using biodegradable oil: drain the condensation water in the hydraulic oil tank every 500 s/h, in any case before the cold season. 6. Have the brake fluid (LHM) replaced every 2 years by an authorised workshop 7. Have the coolant replaced every 2 years by an authorised workshop 8. Depending on operation and dust conditions, it can be necessary to clean the radiator more frequently. 9. Have the V-belts replaced after 2 years at the latest by an authorised workshop 10. Depending on operation and dust conditions, it may be necessary to replace the fine-dust filter more frequently 11. Replace the dehumidifier every 2 years or after maintenance and repair work on the refrigerating circuit 12. Have the slide plates (minimum thickness 8 mm) adjusted and replaced by an authorised workshop only 13. Lubricate more often (once a day) in case of heavy work 14. Lubricate attachment according to manufacturer’s instructions! 15. Replace flexible fuel leak oil lines every 2 years 16. Replace flexible lines every 6 years (UVV, DIN 20066 part 5)
