An EC declaration of conformity and a stability test according to DIN EN 474 must be performed and a load diagram drawn up for attachments used with the quickhitches indicated above.

In Germany, all machine operators are required to have all machines and equipment inspected regularly by a qualified person. Inspections and necessary re-examinations of defects that have been detected must be documented in written form. The competent inspection authority may require the inspection report to be available at the place where the machine is used.
