☞ Drain/replace the coolant as follows: •Park the machine on level ground •Lower the telescopic boom fully •Apply the parking brake •Stop the engine •Switch off ignition and remove the ignition key •Set the heating temperature controller to max. temperature in order to drain the coolant from the heating circuit as well. •Open the engine cover •Allow the engine/coolant to cool down •Place a suitable container underneath the outlet of the radiator to collect the coolant as it drains •Release the overpressure in the coolant expansion tank A. To do this: •Open cap B to the first notch and release the pressure •Open filler cap B fully •Remove the coolant hose below on the radiator E and drain the coolant ☞ Fill up coolant as follows: •Fasten the coolant hose back onto radiator E below •Fill up coolant up to about 30 mm below filler cap B on the radiator •Fill the expansion tankup to the maximum level •Check the coolant quality (antifreeze) with suitable testing equipment (antifreeze tester) •Close filler caps A and B completely •Open the heating circuit fully •Start and warm up the engine until the thermostat opens •Stop the engine •Check the cooling system and the heating water circuit for leaks •Check the coolant level after running the machine warm •If necessary, fill in coolant and repeat the procedure until reaching the correct coolant level
