Description of the additional control circuit
Quick couplers are mounted on the rear of the machine for operating hydraulic attachments with additional hydraulic functions! The additional control circuit is supplied with hydraulic oil by pressing switch 111 (switch console on the left) and switch 125 (switch console on the right next to the seat).

• 2 quick couplers HZ (pressurised/unpressurised return, red protective cap) ➥Caution! Not usable for single-action tipping trailer connection • Quick couplers K (single action, blue protective cap, e.g. for tipping trailer connection) • Quick couplers HR (leak oil line direct to the tank)

Clean the quick couplers carefully before connecting an attachment in order to maintain proper function and sealing features!

The hydraulic system of the machine is still pressurised even when the engine is not running! The hydraulic quick couplers can be released, however they cannot be reattached because the pressure in the hydraulic lines has not been released. • Unpressurise the hydraulic quick couplers before connecting!
☞ Connect the additional control circuit as follows: •Lower the telescopic boom and apply the parking brake •Stop the diesel engine, but do not switch off ignition •Switch on the additional control circuit. To do this: slide lock S on switch 111 downward and press the switch to position B •Release the hydraulic pressure in the quick couplers. To do this: press and hold switch 101 and at the same time, press switch 125 in either position for about 8seconds ➥ Pressure in quick couplers is released •Switch off ignition and remove the ignition key •Connect the attachment to quick couplers HZ at the rear of the frame (return with/ without pressure, red protective cap) or to quick coupler HR (single action, blue protective cap) •Put the additional control circuit into operation ➥ –see Additional control circuit operation on page1-25
