3.4 Maintenance plan (overview)

For service and maintenance work on the attachment, please refer to the operation and maintenance manual of the attachment manufacturer as well.

• Check, retighten and if necessary, replace V-belts9 • Check flexible lines of fuel system for damage • Check the fuel/water separator. Drain water if necessary

• Battery: check charge condition • Heating: clean the fine-dust filter10 (replace every 500s/h) • Air conditioning (option): check coolant level, clean compressor and condenser11 • Check service and parking brake • Tyre check (damage, air pressure, tread depth) • Check optional trailer coupling (damage, wear) • Check and readjust slide plates on telescopic boom. Replace if necessary 12 Check screws and nuts or screw connections for tightness on the following assemblies/components. Retighten if necessary • Diesel engine and engine suspension ● ● ● ● ●
