3.4 Maintenance plan (overview)
For service and maintenance work on the attachment, please refer to the operation and maintenance manual of the attachment manufacturer as well.
Oil and filter changes ( ) (check the oil levels after a test run):
• Engine oil • Engine oil filter • Fuel filter • Air filter insert 3, 4 replace safety cartridge every 3rd time the air filter insert is replaced • Front and rear differentials • Gearbox (flanged onto front axle) • Planetary drives (left and right) of front and rear axles • Hydraulic oil5 • Hydraulic oil filter insert/return filter • Hydraulic oil tank breather filter 4 • Heating fine-dust filter10 (in cab)
Inspection work ( ):
• Condition of paint coating • Engine oil (level) • Hydraulic oil (level) • Gearbox oil in gearbox (level) • Gearbox oil in front and rear axle differential (level) • Gearbox oil in front and rear axle planetary drives (left and right) (level) • Check brake fluid6, fill up if necessary (use LHM brake fluid) • Check water/oil radiator (diesel engine/hydraulic oil) for dirt, clean if necessary7, 8 • When using biodegradable hydraulic oil: drain the condensation water in the hydraulic oil tank 5 • Clean the dust valve on the air filter3
