Where does the majority of your financing come from year to year? What’s the breakdown of who owns your company and what’s your company’s market cap? Financing is international and we are a public company. Market cap is $27 million. Below: Big Red Property location map.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES IN THE 2021 SEASON Geological mapping, rock and soil sampling, IP and magnetic geophysical surveys, line cutting, drill pad building and diamond core drilling.
Tentative plans and hopes for the 2022 season? We are planning on doing a small drill program with one drill ~5,000 metres, and some geological mapping and sampling.
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TCG & TAHLTAN NATION During the 2021 season, what involvement did TCG personnel and departments have with your company? If they were not involved, why not? We used Northern Labour Services and Kika for our labour, first aid and cooking positions.
In 2021, how many Tahltans did you employ? What positions did they hold in your company and what percentage of Tahltans did you employ compared to others? We had 25 individual members onsite for a total of 524 person-days. Driver, geotechnician, line cutter, drill helper, cook, cook helper, OFA III, camp builder and core cutter. 40–50% Tahltans.
What employment opportunities, now and in the future, are available to Tahltan members? Camp maintenance, cooks and helpers, drivers, core cutters and geological technicians.
Why should Tahltan members want to work for you? We have a local project and will provide training which will make them employable at other companies in the future.
