Facilitating transportation for Newcrest Red Chris Mine operations. We move workers from Dease Lake Airport to site or, when flights deviate, we head to Smithers and bus them up! We also move people on site. Our fleet consists of high-end highway coaches and industrial crew buses.

What is your relationship with TNDC and the Tahltan Nation? How long have you had your joint venture (or other relationship) with TNDC?
Our joint venture with TNDC began in Spring of 2020.
What employment and training opportunities are available to Tahltan members? How do you communicate these opportunities?
We are always looking for trained, experienced motorcoach operators. Drivers need a minimum of Class 2 with air. These opportunities are posted on OnTrack as well as Indeed and WorkBC.
Why should Tahltan members want to work for you?
With years of experience in the bus industry, transporting workers to mine/mill sites as well as long distance tours, we strive to combine safety, reliability and price sensitivity with customer service and hospitality that goes above and beyond. We also know that all of this is due to the hard work and dedication of our team.
What training opportunities do you provide for Tahltan members?
Once on-board, training for additional aspects of being a professional driver are available. We are hoping to facilitate training of prospective drivers in the future.
What philanthropic contributions have you made to the Tahltan Nation?
A Walk for Healing Nations.
How do you communicate contracting processes when you are looking for services providers?
At this point, we are not in need of contracting service providers.
What is your approach to including Tahltan businesses in your operations?
Referring to Tahltan website and keeping communication with the TNDC team open.
