Eaglehead, 52 km east of Dease Lake, was acquired in April 2021. Schaft Creek, 60 km south to Telegraph Creek, Option Agreement with Teck Resources Limited (Teck) in 2005 followed up with a joint venture (Schaft Creek Joint Venture, "SCJV") in July 2013.
PROJECT ACTIVITIES IN THE 2021 SEASON
Eaglehead – 21.6-line km of IP survey, 21.8 km of brushing, relogging and sampling of historical drill core, established water sampling location points. Schaft Creek – 3,500 metres of drilling.

Any successes or challenges you’d like to share?
Successes – Eaglehead – The relogging program at Eaglehead went smoothly and provided further insight to the extent of the mineralized footprint on the property. Data collected from a portion of the IP program also improved our understanding of the chargeability characteristics at Eaglehead. Schaft Creek – Teck completed 835 metres of a planned 3,500 metres drilling program.
Challenges – Weather presented a challenge towards the end of the season for both projects resulting in deteriorating conditions to the point where it became unsafe to continue. Equipment failures and performance issues during the IP survey were a factor at Eaglehead that lead to early termination of the program as well.

Where does the majority of your financing come from year to year? What’s the breakdown of who owns your company and what’s your company’s market cap?
Existing shareholders of the company, either by participating in private placements or exercising with warrants from previous private placements. Copper Fox is a publicly traded company and currently the management and board of directors of the company own 58% of the common shares with the remaining 42% held by 4,000 shareholders. Market cap is currently $141 million.

During the 2021 season, what involvement did TCG personnel and departments have with your company? If they were not involved, why not?

In 2021, how many Tahltans did you employ? What positions did they hold in your company and what percentage of Tahltans did you employ compared to others?
Eaglehead engaged a Tahltan company, Metsantan Development Corporation to provide camp maintenance, head cook and cooks helper for the 2021 season. Metsantan Development Corporation provided 34% of the 2021 person days.
What employment opportunities, now and in the future, are available to Tahltan members?
We need skilled geological technicians and core cutters, preparatory line cutting may also be needed for more IP work on the Eaglehead project as well as camp support. As for Schaft Creek, Teck will need to provide this information.
Why should Tahltan members want to work for you?
Copper Fox encourages Tahltan members to apply at both our Eaglehead and Schaft Creek projects. We have built a strong cultural and social relationship with the Tahltan Nation since 2005 and Copper Fox wishes to continue and further strengthen this partnership. We are excited to once again be an operator (Eaglehead) in Tahltan Territory and look forward to working with Tahltan members as the company strongly believes that communication and community participation are beneficial to both the company and Tahltan Nation. The mineral exploration industry requires a variety of skilled and general labour workers and we believe our projects can provide opportunities to Tahltan members interested in working in the industry, including onsite training.
Did you have any Tahltan contractors working for your company? What percentage of your contracting dollars went to Tahltan companies, including TNDC and their joint ventures?
Yes. Eaglehead – Metsantan Development Corporation (Dina Quock). 27% of contracting dollars went to Metsantan. Schaft Creek – Teck to provide this information.

Do you have any outside contractors working for you? If so, who are they? Who were the primary contractors you utilized? Do they offer employment opportunities to Tahltan members?


Eaglehead – Quantec Geoscience (146 Sparks Ave., Toronto, ON). They may have a need for a helper to assist with carrying and dispersing IP survey equipment.
CJL Enterprises (3155 Tatlow Rd., Smithers, BC). In conjunction with Metsantan Development Corporation were the primary contractors used in 2021. Positions available were cook/cook's helper, line cutter/saw help, maintenance and general labour positions.
Anything else you would like to share with the Tahltan Nation?
As stated above Copper Fox would like to encourage any Tahltan members with a desire to learn a career in the mineral exploration industry to contact us.
