COMPANY OVERVIEW & UPDATE

Any successes or challenges you’d like to share?

It was a very busy year in the Golden Triangle. Etruscus Resources was successful in highlighting two new exploration targets through systematic ground exploration. The Discovery Target and the Heather Target have been moved up in priority. Drilling permits for the extended claim package were also received in September 2021.

Number of employees working on your project(s)?

During the summer exploration program, we had 4–5 people working directly on the property.

PROJECT ACTIVITIES IN THE 2021 SEASON

Rock and Roll Property: A total of 20 days were spent on surface exploration with 4 geologists. This included rock sampling, soil sampling, silt sampling and geological mapping. Sugar Property: A total of 5 days were spent on the property with 4 geologists. This included rock sampling, silt sampling, and geological mapping.

Where does the majority of your financing come from year to year? What’s the breakdown of who owns your company and what’s your company’s market cap?

Canadian, American and European markets. 40% is held by management and insiders. Market cap is approximately $5 million.

Tentative plans and hopes for the 2022 season?

The 2022 exploration program will involve continued surface sampling and hopefully extend the area of mineralization identified at the heather target. An induced polarization geophysical program will also be initiated on two of the strongest targets on the property.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TCG & TAHLTAN NATION

During the 2021 season, what involvement did TCG personnel and departments have with your company? If they were not involved, why not?

We worked with Nalaine Morin, Lands Department Director to facilitate an amendment to our drilling permit for both the Rock and Roll Property and the Sugar Property.

What employment opportunities, now and in the future, are available to Tahltan members?

In the future, we would look to hire field labourers as well as core cutters and geotechnicians.

Why should Tahltan members want to work for you?

We are a young growing company and can provide an opportunity for Tahltan to be trained in various aspects of mineral exploration. The skills they learn can be applied to future exploration programs for Etruscus as well as other exploration companies in the area.

Did you have any Tahltan contractors working for your company? What percentage of your contracting dollars went to Tahltan companies, including TNDC and their joint ventures?

Yes, 29% of contracting dollars went to Tahltan contractors.

Do you have any outside contractors working for you? If so, who are they? Who were the primary contractors you utilized? Do they offer employment opportunities to Tahltan members?

• Aberdeen Helicopters Ltd. – Minimal opportunities for Tahltan employment.

• Individual geological consultants – We would like to hire Tahltan geologist or Tahltan prospectors although have not found appropriated candidates.

There are prospecting short courses (6 months) that could make a Tahltan individual highly valuable to our company.

We would like to provide opportunities to both Etruscus

Resources and the Tahltan Nation for financial and personal growth through mineral exploration. We hope to maintain a strong relationship while working in Tahltan Territory to best achieve this goal.
