Below: Big Red Property location map.

Tentative plans and hopes for the 2022 season?

We are planning on doing a small drill program with one drill ~5,000 metres, and some geological mapping and sampling.

RELATIONSHIP WITH THE TCG & TAHLTAN NATION

During the 2021 season, what involvement did TCG personnel and departments have with your company? If they were not involved, why not?

We used Northern Labour Services and Kika for our labour, first aid and cooking positions.

In 2021, how many Tahltans did you employ? What positions did they hold in your company and what percentage of Tahltans did you employ compared to others?

We had 25 individual members onsite for a total of 524 person-days. Driver, geotechnician, line cutter, drill helper, cook, cook helper, OFA III, camp builder and core cutter. 40–50% Tahltans.

What employment opportunities, now and in the future, are available to Tahltan members?

Camp maintenance, cooks and helpers, drivers, core cutters and geological technicians.

Why should Tahltan members want to work for you?

We have a local project and will provide training which will make them employable at other companies in the future.

Did you have any Tahltan contractors working for your company? What percentage of your contracting dollars went to Tahltan companies, including TNDC and their joint ventures?

Yes, Northern Labour Services and Kica. 10% of dollars is estimated.

Do you have any outside contractors working for you? If so, who are they? Who were the primary contractors you utilized? Do they offer employment opportunities to Tahltan members?

• DMAC Drilling; • Wild Timber Contracting Ltd.; and, • Serac Exploration.

Anything else you would like to share with the Tahltan Nation?

We are in the process of changing who is running the project and are unable to answer the questions with 100% certainty. We will continue to work hard to include the Tahltan Nation in our upcoming program. Serac Exploration will be running the program in the future and because we are moving away from Equity, are missing some information for this report.

We will be happy to hire as many Tahltan members that we can and look forward to working more closely with the local community and the Tahltan Nation.
