- One 13 mm wrench for hexagonal head screws - One 15 mm wrench for hexagonal head screws

Check that the fan is in proper working order (the hub should turn freely without excessive play). STEP 4 Check the condition of the belt. Replace it if it is worn or damaged and install the belt.

Loosen the tension roller and remove the belt. Check that the tension roller and pulley are in proper working order (the pulley should move freely).

Measure the slack along the longest straight section of the belt. Maximum slack: 9.5 to 13 mm. Install the fan guard.
