INSPECTING AND CLEANING THE MACHINE Service specifications

Inspect and clean........................................................................Every 1000 hours Or, if oil or grease has been spilled on the machine, clean off using steam or a high pressure hose. During the inspection and cleaning operation, inspect all welded components (for possible cracks), the attachment linkages, the teeth and their adaptors for wear and correct fastening. Locate any possible leaks and check the condition of the lines and hoses.

INSPECTING THE TURNTABLE BEARING Service specifications

Inspect........................................................................................Every 1000 hours (after the first 50 hours of the run-in period) Check the tightness of the turntable bearing hardware both visually and manually. Check on both the upperstructure side and the undercarriage side. In the event of problems contact your CASE Dealer.
