STARTING THE ENGINE

NOTE: In cold weather, see “Starting the engine in cold weather” . NOTE: If the machine has not been used for some time, see “Starting up after storage” in the “Storage” Section. NOTE: If you have to start the engine using booster batteries, see “Booster batteries” in the “Electrical System” Section.

STEP 1 STEP 3

PH07517 Make sure that the travel control lever is in the neutral position.

STEP 4

PH07613 Switch on the electrical system, using the battery master switch key.

STEP 2

CD99N012 Turn the starter switch key to the “On” position. The alarm will sound for a few seconds and then stop.

PH07426 Leave the left-hand control arm in the raised position.
