Remove the two D138492 nuts and put them back in the tool box. STEP 5 Oil the threads of the two remaining wheel nuts. Install and tighten the two nuts to a torque of 54 ± 8 m daN. STEP 6 Remove the support blocks from under the front or rear drive axles and lower the machine to the ground.
2 Loosen the retaining nuts on the wheel to be removed. 3 Start the engine and use the stabilizers, dozer blade or attachment (depending on machine version) to raise the machine so that the wheels are not in contact with the ground. Stop the engine and remove the starter switch key. 4 Place blocks under the axle of the wheel to be removed. 5 Remove the wheel nuts and then remove the wheel. 6 Install a new wheel, making sure that the tread is pointing in the same direction as that of the wheel removed. 7 Install the wheel nuts and tighten them to a torque of 54 ± 8 m daN. 8 Remove the blocks from under the axle. 9 Lower the machine to the ground. NOTE: Make sure that the new tyre is inflated to the correct pressure. Reinflate it, if necessary.
